It gives me the energy I need to get started and help the person I live with get dressed, Once downstairs, I have the energy to cook a full breakfast for both of us , get the newspaper and water the plants outside. I am 82 years old and my younger friends are amazed at how much I can accomplish.. Without Ensure, I'd be another old lady feeling sorry for myself. Thanks for making my life so much better.

The coffee latte flavor far exceeds the taste of a brewed coffee house drink and also beats the cost. My daughter arranged the Ensure in refrigerator in order that I could get it for myself. Because I could no longer see made me totally dependent on my family. But with the shape and convenient size it is easy to find. One thing I learned to do without calling someone for help. This is not much unless you are blind. I love the vanilla. Tried other favors keep coming back to vanilla. Reminds me of a vanilla milk shake. Very satisfying !
