just had hand/elbow surgery. I was without an appetite for 5 days. I lived on Ensure, 18 to be exact. Kept me balanced, full and my digestive system going. In my normal everyday life, I am a very active healthy dog trainer. I also run dog agility. You will always find an Ensure in my car, training bag or kennel. Fast meal, when you are hungry and no time to eat, OR you don't want weighted products in your digestive system. Love ENSURE!!

It adds a creamy sweet quality to my coffee that cools it down so it is easy to drink on my busy morning rounds.

It tastes like a chocolate milkshake and it provides the nutrients that I needed when I couldn't eat. Now I drink it as a meal replacement or just as a healthy shake! I really do love this stuff!

They absolutely love it and as a mom, I know they are having a nutritious and balanced breakfast. They are both picky eaters, but I know that when they have their Ensure, they are getting vitamins and minerals important for their growing bodies.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Due to throat restrictions and other complications from stage 4 throat cancer and treatment, I am not able to swallow anything thicker than the Original Ensure Shakes. Even blended foods are not passing my damaged epiglottis reliably. My only viable (and probably inevitable) alternative is going back to a feeding tube. I am able to hold off that day for now. I have used all the flavors, but definitely drink Coffee Latte the majority of the time.

It's filling, tastes great and is allowing me to slowly lose some weight without causing rebound or cravings of stuff my body doesn't really need.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dad will be 99 next week. At age 95 he took a fall. Although he recovered fairly well he did not regain his appetite and had swallowing issues. Without Ensure he could not have sufficient calories to survive. It is also thick enough that I do not have to add additional thickioner which he often dislikes. Thank you ensure for providing a safe drink for elderly individuals. He is not able to take the extra calorie due to the higher protein putting stress on his kidneys. Many of our older population have issues with high protein drinks and are not aware

I loved the taste and still drink one bottle every day!
