I also tried dry powder formula and other different nutritional shakes and brands. My mother had some in the fridge and I tried vanilla . I felt amazing all day . Sometimes I don’t get to eat breakfast, but I’ll drink a Ensure and it will hold me over . Vanilla and Strawberry are tops (with Banana Nut rising) with Strawberry slightly edging out Vanilla. It has that little extra flavor that teases and pleases the palate. I recommend all of the flavors but highly recommend Strawberry for the original. Ensure is unbeatable. Others have tried but none can top it.

A bottle a day give me a lot of energy for whole day. I recomend it to try and feel the deference. All flavors are good and depends on personal liking.

It makes my life so much easier because I elderly parents and sometimes they refuse my cooking or they prefer the Ensure. I also use it myself at work when I am too busy to eat a meal.
