I have a permanent health/pain issue and lost over 40 lbs but thanks to the Plus was able to put on weight and felt strong again. Now that I am at a good weight the regular Ensure gives me energy and feels me up to the point that I enjoy all healthy food. It is like my desert at times cause it taste soooo good. I have been drinking Ensure for 5 years now and will continue to for the rest of my life!

My doctor suggested I try Ensure, and it has literally changed my life. I like most of the flavors, but the coffee latte is my favorite. On the days when I can't even think about eating, I can always drink and enjoy Ensure. Using this product has helped keep me healthy, increased my energy levels, and kept my weight from further deteriorating. I can't recommend Ensure enough.

Since when did Ensure use sucralose? And Carrageenan. And you call this healthy? I have been buying this for 10 years because it was an alternate to meals when I was pregnant and food was making me nauseous and I wasn't getting my daily nutrition. I continued to buy it because I love it, but this is a no go for me. I will make sure I spread the word that sucralose is now in this product. I feel betrayed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually have Ensure 5-6 times/week. I often put a cold Ensure in a blender with 5-6 large frozen strawberries and it creates a great shake. Other frozen fruits, i.e. blueberries, mangos, etc. are also very good. Sometimes I even use chocolate ice cream. SOOOO DELICIOUS! Love it!

My meals are typically frozen dinners and Ensure is a good supplement for extra nutrition. I like vanilla the best, although the other flavors are fine. I also liked butterscotch. I always purchase the 16-pack box. Out of curiosity, I've tried other brands but never liked their flavors. Ensure was always best.

I have always ate healthy but I did not always reach the recommendation for my age, height and weight. It helped to keep me balanced. I continued to drink Ensure when he was born because as many people know, it is a challenge being a single mother like myself and I will be honest, I did not have the chance to eat a well balanced meal and the Ensure helped me on those days. I love the Vanilla flavor. It is my favorite of all the available choices. I recommend Ensure to anyone who feels or knows that they are lacking a well balanced meal or diet.
