While waiting for my new liver I asked my doctor how I could help myself. He replied nutrition, nutrition, nutrition! He ordered Ensure original for me. When I went home I started on my own to keep up with my nutrition. I found the best is refrigerated Ensure original. I like milk chocolate. Needless to say, it worked! I received my new liver in September, 2012. I saw my daughter graduate college. I know it was the grace of God and my determination that kept me alive, with the help of Ensure. I’m well now and continue Ensure for breakfast. I love it. It’s so convenient and good for me. A great way to start my day.

It gives me the energy I need to get started and help the person I live with get dressed, Once downstairs, I have the energy to cook a full breakfast for both of us , get the newspaper and water the plants outside. With ensure I get the extra vitamins and nutrition I need for a healthy live style, also I make sure my clients I take care of drink one a day sometimes two a day and with one being 76 and the other 75 ensure reassures me that they are getting the vitamins they need day and night. With ensure they both look and feel a lot better.

I tried to get it threw medical for my daughter but they denied it . because of her weight doctor says she thin for her height and age. so I give her the ensure but can't buy it all the time can't afford it so I get it when I can .great for a good snack or just any time of the day .I even stuck them in the freezer and made it like a milk shake .love love love .
