I had been eating my vegetables, fruit and proteins as I have always done including taking my vitamins, but he felt I needed more help. He proceeded to hand me a six pack of Ensure from his office and told me to drink one per day and that it would help me to feel better. To me that was a tall order for a little bottle to accomplish, but within three days I felt the difference in my energy level. What a great product and I am still using it to this day.

Our doctor recommended Ensure as a supplement and we've been hooked every since. We stopped drinking coffee and replaced it with Ensure. Its like drinking a chocolate milk shake.
