[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been drinking ensure for breakfast everyday. I really like the taste and the nutrional value. I can't eat or drink anything else for breakfast. The vanilla is the only one I drink, as it is my favorite flavor.

These don’t have the best taste, but they are very filling. When I skip breakfast, I just drink one of these and it holds me off until lunch. I would recommend for people with bad eating habits, such as myself because they do act as a good meal replacement.

She drank different flavors and strengths at different levels of her recovery. She couldn't eat regular food for a while after her surgery. She loved the chocolate extra protein the best! My other sister drank shakes I made daily for her after her oral surgery. She couldn't eat solid food either for a while afterwards. Your product is great! It's one of our main go-to drinks! Keep it up and keep expanding the flavors!

I lost 15 pounds being sick, and the doctor and nutritionist recommended it the regain the weight. I am under weight and I have gained back 10 pounds of the 15 so far. It is nutritious and healthy, where other way of gaining weight can be less healthy.

While waiting for my new liver I asked my doctor how I could help myself. He replied nutrition, nutrition, nutrition! He ordered Ensure original for me. When I went home I started on my own to keep up with my nutrition. I found the best is refrigerated Ensure original. I like milk chocolate. Needless to say, it worked! I received my new liver in September, 2012. I saw my daughter graduate college. I know it was the grace of God and my determination that kept me alive, with the help of Ensure. I’m well now and continue Ensure for breakfast. I love it. It’s so convenient and good for me. A great way to start my day.
