These don’t have the best taste, but they are very filling. When I skip breakfast, I just drink one of these and it holds me off until lunch. I would recommend for people with bad eating habits, such as myself because they do act as a good meal replacement.

But the good news is that she drinks 3 or 4 of the Ensure Milk Chocolate every day. She says it tastes wonderful & feels so good going down. I am an RN with 50 years experience. The nutritional value is fantastic and it helps me to maintain the protein that I need to keep up and moving. I only wish I could find a case at a time instead of the usual six pack of the pecan flavor.

My doctor is glad that I use Ensure and I usually have 3 or 4 a day in addition to small meals. One of my brothers had cancer and Ensure was the only thing he would consume during his last few weeks. It's healthy as well as good tasting. I highly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my line of survival. I fell and broke my hip and need some extra strength and with no appetite it is hard. I drink four (4) bottles a day. The milk chocolate flavor is great. Sometime I add a banana to it and whip it in the blender-great.
