Other suplimental drinks leave me hungry because they are so watered down, (which gives them claim to have fewer calories). . But what's the point in that if you still have to eat something to feel satisfied? Ensure leaves me satisfied and still has a calorie intake I can live with.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using Ensure for over a year now. Not only is it great tasting, I believe it give me the extra energy and stamina in need at work. I am almost 72 years old and still work 40 hours in a warehouse. I pull orders ( some weighting up to 40 pounds and go up and down ladders when necessary. Just after I turned 70 I thought I would need to quit my job as I was always tired . Not anymore! since starting to use Ensure I can work a full day.

Sometimes she just is not into chewing a lot of food so I pop open and ensure and I know she's getting the vitamins minerals and calories she needs for that part of the day. This Ensure is a great meal replacement and the taste is great. It’s full of what you need for the day if you have one for each meal or three a day when you can’t have a regular meal. It’s full of protein, vitamins and not too many calories for each bottle,
