[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this and it's much needed. I have diverticulious and IBS D so I can't eat much . But I drink this 4 bottles a day to get my nutrition. I also like butter pecan and chocolate. Food gives me bad stomach pains. Ensure doesn't give. Me stomach pains my Dr says I need to drink more but I can't afford it . Thank you I just wish I could get some donated to me . I can't afford enough to fill me up.

It affects my appetite, and Ensure covers my nutritional needs exactly. I'm partial to the milk chocolate (it's my favorite!), but the other flavors are good too. My wife will use this when she's missed a meal. You can use it as a base for a smoothie, or add it in recipes - the Ensure website has suggestions. Good for people of any age to get that nutrition in!

While I changed my diet and got my Celiac under control, I still felt tired to the point I had a hard time working. A year ago, I started drinking Ensure and man, did my health do an about face. I feel so much better and I credit Ensure for giving me that extra nutritional boost my body so needed.

I have insomnia and I started taking a small cooler with me to bed with 6 simi frozen Ensure. At that time I really didn't like the consistency of those kind of drinks. When I started doing this I weighed about 150lbs and just drinking Ensure it took me back up to 180lbs my family and friends thought I had started eating well and I told them and they couldn't believe it. Now I'm in the same spot but a little worse the place that used to help me with getting the Ensure I needed but I'm having to buy it myself but can't afford what I was drinking at that time. I'm not asking for it all to be free but some help would be great. Ensure does what it says it can do and a little more.

I was kind of surprised when he liked it, since he is having issues with not being able to taste anything or having a terrible taste in his mouth after eating. He told me to try one. I was pleasantly surprised that I, too, thought that the milk chocolate flavor had a very pleasant and smooth taste, with no after taste. I've now bought some of my own to supplement my own diet.

I have severe chronic kidney disease (CKD) with many side effects. I use Ensure daily because I have difficulty eating without getting sick most of the time, and have trouble with my calcium levels which causes it's own side effects. I keep a pack of Ensure near my bed so I'm able to get one quickly if needed. Ensure has helped me countless times, and all of the flavors are fantastic, so it's a treat too!

During my busy schedule if I can make breakfast or don't have time to get breakfast at a fast food or diner, I drink one bottle of ensure which is vanilla and it keeps me going through out the morning until noon for lunch time. It is a great product that's why I recommend my family members and friends you can't go wrong with ensure. It has many different favors to choose from and it is a healthy product to drink that has vitamins for your body.
