It taste great and it fills me up with what I need to start the day. I drink one every morning. I've also tried the Vanilla and the Strawberry. I enjoy all of them.

I enjoy the vanilla flavor and put it in my morning cereal along with blueberries, strawberries and bananas. You don't have to add sugar because the taste is sweet. I have gotten so used to this, when I run out of ensure my cereal tastes somewhat flat. When I go to buy ensure, and someone else is looking to buy it, I mention about putting it in my cereal and they always say "what a good idea, I'll try it". I usually drink one a day.

Started drinking Ensure to ensure that I was getting proper nutrients. Drank nothing but Ensure for one month. It was a life saver for me. I still drink one or two every day. Due to the surgery and radiation he no longer has the muscles to swallow foods and relies of gravity for any type of intake, which means only liquids. Ensure and Boost are the only foods he has. These products have the nutrition he needs to live this new normal life.

Ensure helps me get my nutritional needs met. Also, the Dystrophy has weakened my esophagus and it's hard to swallow my medications (pills), and I find the thickness of Ensure makes swallowing my pills much easier. So Ensure a win-win for me!
