I see a huge difference since I started Ensure. I spend well over 150.00 a month on Ensure and would not buy any other brand. It provides all the nutritional needs to supplement her daily diet. She usually drinks 2 each day and has done so for probably at least 10 years. She shakes it up, and she then looks forward to drinking it. It is one of her mainstays. She is constantly checking on its whereabouts either at our house or at her assisted living facility. At least 2-3 must be kept in the refrigerator for ready use and at least 1-6 pack close at hand.
