I had gotten up that morning rushing and did not eat Breakfast I'm a diabetic and I should know better while sitting in a house I began to get weak She gave me a bottle of ensure. I Immediately began to feel Better, That 1 small bottle gave me enough energy to last me for about 4 hours. I had never tried ensure before I came straight home got on the Internet start looking for ensure so that I could order and have it delivered to me. From now on I'm going to keep this in my fridge because sometimes I can go days without the energy to get up and cook.

It has a little bit less sugar than ensure plus and really gives me strength, energy, and extra vitamins, minerals, and protein. I have grown to love the Milk Chocolate flavor and occasionally strawberry, The best part of it all, is it's lactose intolerant. It's not Milk based. In addition, I am one person that does not eat when stressed & Ensure has proven to fulfill that empty spot, while slowly bossing your appetite, making you hungry. Once my appetite returned, I continued to take Ensure daily with meals to assist with my weight gain mission. It worked. I have gained 10 lbs since December, and I'm on my way to grab my next case of Ensure.

I've tried different flavors and different types but the original milk chocolate is the best. When I'm in a hurry and don't have time to make something to eat, ensure keeps me from getting hungry for 2-3 hours until I can get something to eat.
