[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been taking Ensure for a number of years. Like getting the extra protein and the extra vitamins every day. I take it in the morning with what ever I am eating to give me that extra boost. And it tastes good to!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Due to throat restrictions and other complications from stage 4 throat cancer and treatment, I am not able to swallow anything thicker than the Original Ensure Shakes. Even blended foods are not passing my damaged epiglottis reliably. My only viable (and probably inevitable) alternative is going back to a feeding tube. I am able to hold off that day for now. I have used all the flavors, but definitely drink Coffee Latte the majority of the time.

It fills me until noon, provides me with the essential nutrients and is also by my bedside table in case I wake up hungry in the night. I have had Insure since its coming on the market and can't endorse anything better.

My mother had some in the fridge and I tried vanilla . I felt amazing all day . Sometimes I don’t get to eat breakfast, but I’ll drink a Ensure and it will hold me over . Not to mention it has all the vitamins and minerals that support health immune system and just makes you feel great . I love Butter Pecan it’s my favorite.
