I've tried different flavors and different types but the original milk chocolate is the best. When I'm in a hurry and don't have time to make something to eat, ensure keeps me from getting hungry for 2-3 hours until I can get something to eat. It's so good, my 11 year old daughter now drinks it!

So I brought her some bottles and she was really really happy. It would be really great if she can have more of these but i don't know how I can give her now as I can't find any here in Dubai, she is already 88 years old, and I want her to drink more of these for her body to become stronger and healthier.

I was introduced to Ensure nutrition drinks by my father and have been drinking 2 to 3 drinks a day ever since! I love how they are very fulfilling and tastes so good! My favorite flavor is vanilla because it tastes just like a vanilla milkshake. Aside from the great flavor, what I like best is the fact that when I am on the run, and not able to stop for a meal, I can drink an Insure and put off the meal for a couple hours.

I saw the advertisements, did a little research and decided to TRY it. Actually, it was intended to be just a TRIAL. Not so! I found it to be the perfect delicious meal substitute when you're active, physically fit, gainfully employed and don't have time to prepare a meal. Every flavor (chocolate, strawberry, vanilla, banana nut) that I have tried has been delicious to me. Not only is it a meal substitute, but it is energizing also. I feel so much stronger and alert after drinking Ensure. I am elated about Ensure!
