Excellent overall. Tasted like real dark chocolate and has added benefits. I prefer mine cold. Now there are two types ensure original and ensure plus. I prefer the original for me. slightly better taste and only 220 calories. Where as the plus is 350 cal. Ease to confuse.

im a 40 yr old mother of 2, grandmother of 2 who has become an ensure-aholic. I first tried them 8 yrs ago when my grandmother past away between my mother and I split the ones my grandma left behind. for the past 2 yrs, I've been going through a box in 2 days. don't get me wrong I still eat meals but I love my ensures. i'd be lost without them. thanks for such a wonderful drink.

Sometimes I do not eat healthy foods like I should so Ensure picks up the "goodness" my body needs. I would be the 1st to tell anyone to drink just one Ensure a day and then go have a great day.

My mother passed away ten years ago. I only wish the butter pecan flavor had been available when she was still with us, because butter pecan was her favorite flavor ice cream, and mine too!

I also have two special needs children who have texture issues, and Ensure is the only supplemental drink they like. In fact, they love it. I lost my taste for foods and lost over 15 pounds. Being able to drink Ensure helped me to stay healthy and eventually I regained some of the weight. Since I am going through breast cancer I definitely drink it regular. I was diagnosed with breast cancer Jan 2013 and it came back last year in my liver so I am going through chemo again but I feel better when I drink my Ensure it’s gives me energy when the chemo brings me down. I recommended Ensure to anyone who is going through any kind of sickness and even if you are not I still recommend it because it’s give you energy and also I have used the high protein.
