I had a bad reaction after drinking Ensure. I took one from the fridge as I was running out for a work training because I was running late. I drank it and within minutes I broke out in hives and my eyes swelled up. This is the first time this has happened and definitely scared me.

Ensure was recommended by the primary care physician to add protein to to my elderly father's diet. My dad is very selective when it comes to drinking such beverages but he is always willing to drink the vanilla Ensure. Thank you for helping us to keep him healthy.

It is excellent if for some reason your diet is restricted or there is an eating problem. It can easily take the place of a meal or simply act as a supplement. I buy them weekly I also love the powder form cause you can add like bananas. I'm in love with it. Instead of an energy drink. If you need something cold just freeze them and eat them like that especially in summer time.
