It truly is smokeless grilling unless you use a cooking spray on the grill surface (learn from experience, yes). Steak, chicken, and burgers all cook perfectly with grill stripes and the flavor you expect. As a new purchase, I can't speak to the longevity of the grill, but the quality certainly jumps out at you. Very easy to clean as all the parts are detachable and dishwasher safe. Using water to capture the smoke is a clever design and can also be used to add herbs for cooking flavor. The glass lid includes a gasket that helps seal in the cooking odors. High quality all around. My one objection is the lack of incremental temperature control. The digital control panel lights up for easy use with a plus/minus touch pad. The manual does not touch on the heat control at all. The temperature control I miss is 325 and 375 degrees. Unless I missed something, the user must choose 350 or 400. This would only be important for certain recipes, but still, it is strange not to have that control. My model did not come with the griddle attachment, but more temp control would be good there. Just so you know, it does not come with a built-in timer and shut-off, so no unattended cooking here.

It's not very often you buy something that completely lives up to the advertising hype. Believe me The Power Smokeless grill does. It works as advertised and cleans up easy. We have cooked steaks and burgers indoors without any splatter or setting off the smoke detector. So far it seems to be a great grill. The only down side is that it's cooking area is a bit smaller than my outdoor gas grill.

I have had my grill for about a month and have used it at least 2-3 times a week. I've done steaks, pork chops, and burgers and all turned out great. I love the convenience of being able to grill right in the kitchen and I know I will take advantage of it as winter sets in and I can't grill outside!

Love how it cooks our steakes. Clean up is very easy. The only thing is where do you store it due to the size. I would buy one again. I never us my store. I have a new home and I have never turned the stove. I have air fryers, pressure cooker, air overn, and a pressure cooker oven. This grill fits right in with my way of cooking.

just bought this grill several weeks ago. we find it does a great job in cooking meat and vegetables just the way we like it. the added griddle is wonderful for fixing breakfast. it is so very easy to clean. hardly any work in getting it clean, thanks to the non stick surfaces.

I saw that one customer mentioned the grill did smoke and felt it false advertising. Just so far have steaks and then hamburgers with no smoke. Did you put the water in the bottom? Something might be wrong it and I did use the lid like it said and no smoke came out when I opened it and with the lid the food doesn't got watered either. I have sinus issues and live in a apartment and so far no complains. Tonight sausages...Good luck, and call the company.

I bought this at a Walmart store, not online, about 4 months ago. Things I like about it: It does grill steaks and hamburgers REALLY well. Chicken breasts not quite as well, but certainly passable. So, it does what it is supposed to do, and does it well. It's pretty inexpensive. Things I don't like: Mine didn't come with the griddle. I wish I had read the box a little more thoroughly. Granted, this isn't the manufacturer's fault. The cover does not seal. What's the point in having the cover if the smoke still comes out? The fan is underpowered and doesn't do a good job. It is barely adequate for the smoke created by a hamburger, and not at all adequate for steaks The grill doesn't clean NEARLY as easily as it is depicted in the infomercials. The parts can go into the dishwasher, but the grill surface itself rarely comes clean without a lot of effort. The inside of the machine gets greasy, and it's very difficult to clean that There are only 5 temperature settings. There needs to be more control. After 4 months, the non-stick grill is now sticking on almost anything I cook. It's a shame there are so many drawbacks to this device, because I was really happy with the way it cooked my steaks. I live in an apartment, can't have a barbecue grill, and this is about the only way I can enjoy a good steak. But if I had known that things went downhill so quickly with this unit, I would never have bought it.

We really enjoyed the grill while it was working. It suddenly stopped for no apparent reason. There is no real warranty.
