This grill is better than I thought. Cooked carne asada delicious. Today I cook tri tip so juicy and tender. Also easy to clean. I put 1.5 cups of water though. Not 2 cups. Just keep an eye open to make sure to add water if needed.

I got this for Christmas. I love it. Haven't tried to cook bone in chicken on it yet. But I'm sure it will be great also. Had Ribeye's today. OMG it was so GOOD

My husband purchased this grill for me as a birthday gift and after one month of use, the cord shorted out... Now I have to purchase a cord in order to use it.. I would give it 5 stars but because of the cord, I can't...

Got it for Christmas and was excited to use and the fan stopped working in about 40 seconds and never came on again, will be looking for something else!

This electric grill took too long to heat up so we ended up taking our meat outside and used our propane grill instead. I will be returning this product.

I purchased this product yesterday, washed all claimed safe parts in dishwasher and the drip pan came out rusted all along the vented sides. I will be returning immediately.

I bought this at Christmas and absolutely love it. Easy to clean and does what it says if it starts to smoke turn on fan and it clears right up. Plan on giving several of these to family members for Christmas this year.

I bought this two months ago and am totally pleased with this product. If you follow the directions it is smokeless, the fan is quiet, and it does a great job. I would recommend this to anyone.

Have used this grill for about 1 month. We have cooked turkey and beef burgers, fillets, chicken and bacon so far. I am not happy with how long it takes too cook.

I like to grill but hate the mess of using my outdoor grill. The smokeless grill works great, is easy to clean and really is virtually smokeless indoors.
