We bought this so we can more easily prepare healthy meals. We made lemon pepper chicken breasts for our first meal and my son and wife both said it was the best chicken they had ever eaten. It was unusually moist, and had a nice crust with grill marks on the outside. There are a few parts to take out and clean, but cleanup was fast. We're looking forward to many more awesome healthy meals.

Great buy! I hate trying to cook on a outdoor grill and this is perfect for a mom with small children who doesnt want to be outside grilling or waiting on the hubby to get home to cook steaks. I have cooked steaks, hamburgers, chicken and pork lion on this thing and it does not disappoint.

Have used this grill several days a week ever since purchasing it, and love it! It grills as good as an outdoor gas grill, but without smoke and without grease fires. Steaks and chicken is grilled to perfection by using a lower temp - 375 degrees instead of the recommended 425 degrees - for a longer period of time, and then turning up the heat when the meat is almost done to sear the outside of the meat before serving. And, all done without smoke! The grill is easy to clean.

Hesitated for months before purchasing due to some of the negative comments I found on various smokeless grills. My new home in a retirement community has nowhere I can reasonably place a traditional grill. This is the next best thing. Still new, but I'm sold. I've only used it for steak and hamburgers so far and they have come out perfect. The steak was cooked at 450 degrees and I got a perfect medium steak, warm pink inside with nice grate outside. It's easy to take apart and reassemble and a snap to clean with non stick surfaces. I have no hesitation in recommending this grill.

I got this for my husband's Christmas gift. It's easy to use, truly smokeless and quick clean up. (Adding water to a small tray in the bottom and built in fan keeps it from smoking) You don't get a grilled flavor but always a nice grill line on the meat and always tender. We do steaks 3 minutes each side for medium rare. Perfect each time! Hamburgers are juicy in 4 minutes each side and a 2minutes each side for shrimp.

Love them. I put this in the RV, and we sit at the kitchen table, and eat as we want. These are perfect on those rainy days, that we can't go outside. It is like a japanese resterant, and like a fondue pot, at our table. We love it. Very quiet, and very little smoke. Also perfect for those late nite snacks, when weather is bad, and you want to grill. Perfect for grilled meats to put on salads. Love this!

Purchased on line fast delivery used once with great results!!! However when I cleaned the grill in the dishwasher, A cap nut came loose and was lost in the process. This was a part of the handle of the grill. Called the company for the part and was told to return the unit where purchased for an exchange of the whole unit.

I got this grill from the Black Friday Event. I thought it was the Power XL Smokeless Grill but it's not. I tried to use it this evening and I was satisfied with the results. I even encouraged my son who was out of town to get one for himself because it's so handy. You don't need to go out of your house to grill something, just on top of your counter ! How neat was that !

Just what we were looking for, to grill inside when the weather got too cold to go outside. It works very well, no smoke and easy to clean. The only issue for us is the large size for just the two of us and my limited counter space but probably perfect for a larger family.

Overall very good. Works as described. Fan works well to remove smoke and smell when cooking. You still need to use a cooking spray like Pam as it is not truly non stick. Much easier to "BBQ" on this then outside as it is only my wife and I at home now since kids moved out.
