I actually like to cook more now that I have this grill and I must say I love it !! Especially since I can't grill on an outdoor grill without burning my food lol

Overall grill is good but it does not come with the flat plate grill and it seems impossible to find as a seperate item. Manual says optional but does not say how to order one nor does it give a web site to go to.

Will not turn on and I have checked everything. It's being returned today. So disappointed as I really like the style of it. I won't be purchasing another one.

We bought this about3 weeks ago and have used it several times. We are very happy with the grill. Have used on steaks and was like having on the grill outside.

I bought this a month ago because my parents have one & love it. Steaks and burgers come out so juic. Really like the feature that I can control the temperature.

I like that it was easy to put together easy to clean and my food came out perfect I just have to learn the temperatures but I was able to cook a steak and asparagus and about 10 minutes after heated up so this will be my new favorite appliance.

It seems that the fan makes a high pitched sound that is annoying and really bothers our dog due to the high pitch and their sensitive and acute hearing. Do not know if it is just this particular one that I purchased or just the grill and model itself.

Made chicken our first attempt... when plating, the chicken looked like it was going to be dry, but we were shocked! Yes the skin was a tad dried out, but the chicken was absolutely perfectly juicy! We have sworn to use this as our only way to cook chicken on the grill from here on out, that's how much we swear by this!

I love this thing. It comes already assembled, just make sure to take out all the plastics and cardboard. After adding 2 cups of water to the bottom pan I preheat it for 6 mins and I started making my burgers. It is truly smokeless just make sure the fan is running. I do not know what other reviews be tripping about but some people are just clumsy and messy. I highly recommend it. just make sure you read the safety and cooking instructions. Very important to read how to clean it, other folks also complaining about the cleaning but this isn't a smoker is a electric grill so just clean it properly and be happy you are Mr. smokeless in the kitchen.

Since I was tired of my smoke alarm going off and having to open windows every time I broiled a piece of meat in my electric range, I decide to give this smokeless grill a shot.
