only issue was it's missing the griddle that it says comes with the package. seems to he a known issue... I cooked burgers on it and last night chicken. temperature doesn't seem to get hot enough but the clean up is better than standing at the sink scrubbing a foreman grill forever. I did forget to add water last night in the collection pan but still no smoke with fan on.

Returned to store didn't even work the first time. Set on 400 you could lay your hand on the grill. Barely warn.

I purchase this grill about a month ago and I really enjoy grilling indoors, with the fan attachment.

This grill works great. Cooks like our propane grill. Nice and big, cooked 6 burgers and 5 steaks on it. Clean up is simple and easy.

Excellent results with all the various meats (burgers, steaks, chicken, pork chops and steaks} and the clean up is easy. Great for indoor grilling !

The grill never really grilled it never got hot enough like a real grill. Even when I shut downn the water . The water steamed everything ,,, it cooked it but not GRILLED! Very disappointed. Gave it away hope they do better

The grill does an excellent job. Great for smaller, thinner cuts of meat. Larger, thicker cuts take longer but can be done. It's a bit involved in assembling and clean up. Directions are easy to follow.

As soon as I brought it I as brought some steaks and cooked it on it and oh my it came out delicious nice a tender well cooked... I recommend this its a must, I live in a apartment so I wanted to grill once in a while and I hit the jackpot with this

Did a good job not smoking but so far only cooks food fair. The edges of our burgers were red still after the middle is at correct temp. I wouldn't have got this if I knew I had to par cook chicken.

Love this product! Grill and griddle! Bought my daughter one too. Great for indoors, no smoke. For grilling it creates grill marks. The griddle is great for pancakes, hibachi, quesadillas and more. Most parts including lid are dishwasher safe.
