I've used my Power Smokeless Grill on four occasions, chicken and shrimp. The food taste so delicious, crispy on outside and tender on the inside. Love the fact you don't have to watch it while it's cooking. Wish it was larger in order to cook meat and veggies together. Have to cook veggies first then meat. Have not used griddle yet. Looking forward to it. i really love my grill and I know it's ease of using it will allow me many years of enjoyment of great tasting food..

I bought this about 3 weeks ago and love it. It's easy to clean, has a large surface, and nothing sticks to it. I've cooked bacon on the grill surface and all the fat fell to the collection tray. Eggs, pancakes, hamburgers, grill cheese, etc. are all easy to cook. Clean up is a snap just put in the dishwasher and that's it. With the non-stick surface you could just with it off, nothing sticks.

I really loved this grill when I first bought!!!!! It was Great! Then the coating on the grill plate came off. Took weeks to get it replaced and when it was had to send it back cause the coating was awful and both handles were broke. So now I have my third one and we;ll see how it goes. Hoping it does not have sticking problems again!!!!!!!!! Or I will call and send the whole machine back! Because if it says non stick then it should be non stick, but my it seems everything I cook on it sticks! So hoping the third time is a charm!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hoping I don't have to soak the grill plate ever time I use it!!!!

It takes forever to cook chicken breasts....one hour!!!! Used our own thermometer to make sure it was the right temperature. Can get better results under broiler in oven. Your smokeless grill does not leave the grill marked as advertised. I'm afraid to waste the money to try steak in your grill after chicken breasts were so tasteless.

I bought this grill about two months ago. I like how good it cooks things without oil. The only problem i have is that the nonstick grill is not nonstick i have to spry it with nonstick cooking oil like Pam so the food will not stick, also the silver pan under it should have a bevel so it will let the grease fall into the tray under it.

I'm renting a house that does not have a kitchen exhaust vented outside. Cooking a steak or anything that needed searing was a nightmare..... smoke would set off smoke detectors and the house had lingering odor for days. This grill is awesome.... very little smoke and no lingering odor!! Also love the griddle for quesadillas, eggs etc... it's easy to clean and find that I'm using it more than the stovetop.

I am not normally inclined to buy products I see in infomercials, but his one intrigued me enough that I took the plunge. I can only say I'm glad I did! I've only had it less than a month, but I've already grilled rib-eye steaks on it four times. The first time, the steaks themselves were quite thick, and I has a hard time timing it out to get the desired medium rare. Since then, with somewhat thinner steaks, I learn more, and they keep getting better and better. The last one may well be the best steak I've ever done on my own - ever! Bottom line, it's a great product! I am anxious to try it out with other dishes, like pork chops and burgers.

I purchased this several weeks ago and it was the best purchase I could have made. It grills your food to perfection and the fan is so quiet you can hardly hear it. Clean up is a breeze....so much easier then an outdoor grill. You won't go wrong if you purchase this product.

I was hesitant to buy this but did allot of research. I figured why not, due to I hate using grills but wanted that type of food, and not at a restaurant. So, I bought it and it did what was advertised. I cooked some brats and they were amazing!!! Had that burntness to them, which was what I wanted. I'm going to be cooking pork chops and steaks next then get the recipe book out and try out some new stuff on it. Overall, I'm super happy with this and definitely would recommend too to anyone (especially those in apartments or just hate the grill).

This grill is OK but needs some improvement. Biggest problem is that it does not heat evenly. The left side is always cooler than the right side. This may be OK for some things, but not when you are cooking a full batch of something. This should be easy to fix by making the heating element a little longer. Once that is done, then we could move up on the stars.
