kinda confused about if i love it or not. cook time seems way off to me but not sure what to expect when cooking nine thick burgers at once. it took 1hr 10 min but the burgers taste great. pros: turns out great every time very easy to clean and re-assemble smoke free actually works perfectly removable power cord for storage better build quality than most products at this price point all oil drips contained in catcher never experience over flow cons: smell still fills the room cooking just no smoke long cook times temp control display could be better access to fan assembly seems a little awkward to access for cleaning no built in timer

I bought it for the Grill but I'm LOVING it for the breakfast. The griddle plate (bought separately) is the BEST tool for me to make a quick breakfast for my wife and two young daughters. Every Sunday is Pancake Sunday and now cooking/clean-up is a breeze. I highly recommend.

How awesome is this! It comes with a recipe guide, and super easy assembly so it is very user friendly. The instructions were very easy to follow, you wash everything down 1st and then add 2 cups of water under the heating element. I love that it includes both a grill as well as a griddle! DISH WASHER SAFE!! I have tried others before where that wasnt possible, that to me is huge because i hate doing dishes lol. I would recommend for your 1st use letting it pre heat for a bit to burn off some of the chemical smell, and then wash down again. Thats just a personal preference though, im not sure it would have effected the taste at all but was just on the safe side :) I love that this had a fan to draw in any smells from cooking and it works WELL! Perfect product for grilling in the house or for use of making breakfast with the griddle. I love this thing!

I bought mine last month and have been using it most of my meals in it Great for breakfast cooking, eggs, ham or bacon, and pancakes are so easy and quick to make. Grilled sandwiches for lunch and steaks and or Barbeque for supper, and any thing else you can think of.Yum yum. In fact I love it so much I'm ordering one for mu daughter.

Tried some tasty sliders grilled on this. They were cooked thoroughly and the surface was very easy to wipe off and clean. There's a good amount of grillspace to cook multiple things at once. Good quality item for grilling when you don't have the outdoor space or room for a big one! I wrote this review as a Jet employee.

I bought the larger grill with Increased wattage. This weekend, I will be making steaks for out of town guests and can't wait to see their reaction to how great the steaks taste and how well the grill works. Going to give my brother in law the opportunity to use it to make pancakes and bacon when he returns from his cruise, and he's looking forward to using it.

Moving to a big city, one of the things I missed the most was the ability to easily grill. However, this product makes grilling in an apartment easy and is not time consuming. I can quickly grill burgers, chicken, and veggies in no time! The built in fan works perfectly in preventing smoke and smells from permeating the entire apartment. And it's super easy to clean! The oil put on the grill goes into an internal tray, so as soon as your done cooking all you need to do is wipe it down! I would highly recommend to someone else - really great for apartment living! I am writing this review as a part of a contest.

The first time I used the grill it was great. I cooked steaks with no smoke. But I cooked steaks again the next day and it my whole house was consumed with smoke. I gave it a third try and made burgers and the smoke was even worse this time. It just circulated the smoke around inside of the lid and did suction it at all. It makes really great grill marks and steaks taste amazing with a little liquid smoke. But I'm hesitant to try it again. Maybe it will do better with less food on it... But that's not what I brought it for!

We bought this smokeless grill to barbeque indoors during winter months. We followed the instructions, using it to cook marinated pork chops. During the cooking process it smoked something terrible, even with the lid in place, water in the tray, and the fan on. While the chops did cook, the smoke output was so severe our home smoke alarms sounded. We had to open all the doors to clear the house of smoke. The thermostat is not settable based on its marked graduations. It might as well have had a knob with low, medium and high settings. While cleaning it up one of the bolts fell off, apparently because of poor assembly. We don’t recommend this product based on quality and ineffective performance as advertised

My wife and I live in an apartment complex and the community grills have been broken for a couple of years. We really wanted the grilled taste on some nice ribeye steaks we got on sale. I checked around and founds this one. I was skeptical that it would be gods, but that first steak was a total delight Great seat nice medium rare cook and an excellent taste with no smoke in the home! I'll recommend this unit to anyone. At this price you can't loose
