Living in an apartment, a friend made a statement about having a grill because I can't have one at my apartment. I saw this On TV one morning while having coffee. Was so impressed and thought moneyback guarantee why not. Best purchase I've made in years.

We live in a condo and can't have a traditional grill, so this is perfect. It is truly smokeless and does the job of a much larger grill. We love it and recommend it to anyone who loves to grill, but doesn't have the room for a large gas or charcoal grill.

I saw the infomercial and thought I'd give it a try. Performs great. Only 2 things stop it from 5 stars. 1) having to take it apart to add the water before use. It would be better if it were a drawer type to make it less of a problem 2) cleaning is a small hassle. After I thought I'd cleaned thoroughly, there was still some grease on the cooking surface. But it did perform perfectly.

After figuring out the backwards numbers in the instructions the machine was very easy to use. It worked well, but the clean up was not as easy as the TV made it sound like. It took me much longer to get things all clean. No smoke in the kitchen was great. It grilled the steaks great and it was fun to use.

There have been indoor electric grills around for years but this finally got it right.Meat grilled doesn't have to be dry or bland but with the right seasonings this grill is perfect for my wife and I.And it's healthy too.Clean up is a breeze with the non stick plates!

Still getting used to this good product. It does what it says and produced food that tastes like it was cooked on the gas grill. They should provide the real cook book at no charge with it to take the guess work out of cooking. It is easy to clean but, it must be an every use chore without fail. ENJOY !

I bought this grill a month ago and have cooked more on this grill than on any other device in my kitchen. This grill is healthy! Easy! Fast! And just down right fun to use. I loved this grill so much I bought my two sons one so they could enjoy healthy eating as well!!

I bought this grill a month ago and fins I use it every day. I haven't used my stove or o en sin e I got my grill. Clean up is so eSh...BUT THE ALUMINUM INSERT HAS SHARP SIDES! We've cooked chicken breasts, veggies, eggs and quesadillas. I NEED MORE RECIPES!!!!

I wanted to consolidate my kitchen toys, and bought this to replace my griddle and indoor grill. I am so glad I did! The grill is amazing, the ability to add flavoring or spices to the water is a great feature, and it is so much easier to clean the whole apparatus than either my old griddle or grill was! So glad I bought it.

I purchased my grill about a month ago, and tried it out. I had another indoor grill but found it hard to clean so decided to order the Tristan Smokless Grill. This was the best decision I ever made and it is so easy to use and to clean. The grill is perfect and nothing sticks and cleans with ease. Everything except the heating element goes into the dishwasher. I like that there is a fan that works great
