This Power Grill XI is absolutely incredible. I am a HUGE griller -- whether its steaks, burgers, chicken, salmon, pineapple, veggies, even avocados, I am tossing it on the grill. However, it is nearly impossible to grill in the city. For one, I dont have space to put a big grill, and two, its cold half of the year so there is no point in buying an outdoor grill. Ive tried to solve this problem by broiling in the oven, but literally every time I put something in the oven, my smoke alarm goes off. But then I discovered this power grill. Its an indoor tabletop grill that literally plugs into the wall. Its small enough that it fits on my counter or island, but big enough that i could solidly fit three good steaks on it. ALSO it has a built-in fan that you can switch on if the smoke gets to be a lot (no more waving towels in front of my smoke alarm again!). It works really quickly -- it cooked up sliders in less than 5 minutes! I was a bit nervous that it would be hard to clean but it is SOO easy. The top can be easily slid off and its even dishwasher safe. Literally what kind of world do we live in that we have this product. I gave this unbiased review as part of a contest.

I saw that one customer mentioned the grill did smoke and felt it false advertising. Just so far have steaks and then hamburgers with no smoke. Did you put the water in the bottom? Something might be wrong it and I did use the lid like it said and no smoke came out when I opened it and with the lid the food doesn't got watered either. I have sinus issues and live in a apartment and so far no complains. Tonight sausages...Good luck, and call the company.

The "smokeless" part does work, but it's the only thing that works with this product. As a grill or a griddle it is useless. There is a 100 degree difference in the surface temp from the right side to the left side when using the grill. When using the griddle there is a hot spot in the center. The two sides won't even brown a grilled cheese sandwich while the center is burning it. It has the most un-even heating of any devise I have ever seen. The only thing it will be good for is taking up space in a landfill. So sorry we wasted our money on this.

This is only the 2nd time I've used it but both times I feel like I spend way too much time trying to make sure the lid is on correctly. I'm not sure how many washings the rubber seal is going to be able to take before it gives out. It already doesn't sit evenly.

Love how it cooks our steakes. Clean up is very easy. The only thing is where do you store it due to the size. I would buy one again. I never us my store. I have a new home and I have never turned the stove. I have air fryers, pressure cooker, air overn, and a pressure cooker oven. This grill fits right in with my way of cooking.

I bought it for the Grill but I'm LOVING it for the breakfast. The griddle plate (bought separately) is the BEST tool for me to make a quick breakfast for my wife and two young daughters. Every Sunday is Pancake Sunday and now cooking/clean-up is a breeze. I highly recommend.

Used the grill first day I bought it. Worked great, no smoke. Disappointed that there was not a griddle plate or the recipe books included. This explains the lower price. I'm having hard time finding the griddle plate to purchase separately. My advise, buy the more expensive one somewhere else if you want the griddle plate.

We bought this smokeless grill to barbeque indoors during winter months. We followed the instructions, using it to cook marinated pork chops. During the cooking process it smoked something terrible, even with the lid in place, water in the tray, and the fan on. While the chops did cook, the smoke output was so severe our home smoke alarms sounded. We had to open all the doors to clear the house of smoke. The thermostat is not settable based on its marked graduations. It might as well have had a knob with low, medium and high settings. While cleaning it up one of the bolts fell off, apparently because of poor assembly. We don’t recommend this product based on quality and ineffective performance as advertised

I have had mine since Dec 2018 I love it. cook all the time on it. from steak to burgers to pancakes. then not paying attention and left it sitting on top of range and yes someone turned on the range just broke my heart and melted the base. I love it so much have already ordered new one and will be more careful.

How awesome is this! It comes with a recipe guide, and super easy assembly so it is very user friendly. The instructions were very easy to follow, you wash everything down 1st and then add 2 cups of water under the heating element. I love that it includes both a grill as well as a griddle! DISH WASHER SAFE!! I have tried others before where that wasnt possible, that to me is huge because i hate doing dishes lol. I would recommend for your 1st use letting it pre heat for a bit to burn off some of the chemical smell, and then wash down again. Thats just a personal preference though, im not sure it would have effected the taste at all but was just on the safe side :) I love that this had a fan to draw in any smells from cooking and it works WELL! Perfect product for grilling in the house or for use of making breakfast with the griddle. I love this thing!
