I've used this item 3 times since I have purchased it a few month ago. After the first use, I noticed that the grill plate doesn't heat evenly. After the second use, I noticed that some of the plastic on the bottom started to melt a little. Upon the third use, The fan stops working periodically during use, causing a serious fire hazard. Also, if you are cooking above 350 degrees, you cannot close lid, so it smokes, defeating its purpose.

Best purchase ever, long story short my apartment doesn't allow for grilling on my balcony etc. but there is a grill area that I've used once but it was such a hassle to buy charcoal and bring the food outside. Moving forward the indoor smokeless grill was of course a late night infomercial which I fell on love with and couldn't wait to buy one for myself, fast forward I placed my order and well I have nothing bad to say about it. I love everything about so far. My first attempt was a simple grilled chicken, 10 minutes and I had juicy grilled chicken to munch on. Yum. Loveeeeeeeeeeee.

THIS GRILL IS SO EASY TO CLEAN AND YPU CAN PUT JUST ABOUT ALL THE PARTS IN DISH WASHER.I LOVE IT SO MUCH I BELIEVE I WILL BE GIVING SOME FOR CHRISTMAS GIFTS .

Great if you camp in an RV a lot. Dont waste your money if you're trying to cook indoors. You might as well as pull your grill in and start cooking with it. this was given to me as a gift and works good but I only use it at work now (because it smokes out my place) but even then I have to open up all the doors and windows on our shack because it gets to smokey

I love grilled food but hate the process of outdoor grilling. Grilling indoors in a cast iron grilling pan is a nightmare. The smoke and “grease mist” that covers my stove and countertops is not worth it. To me, a smokeless indoor grill that actually worked seemed pretty far fetched. But after reading reviews and seeing a great Black Friday price on Walmart.com, I thought I’d take a chance. It’s now the end of January and I can say this grill is truly AMAZING!!! I’ve grilled hot dogs, hamburgers, steaks , pork chops and vegetables on this grill and not one puff of smoke - incredible!!! Plus, with the lid, no splattering on countertops - YAY! People who are experiencing smoke may not realize that although you hear a humming sound when you power on the grill, the fan DOES NOT come on automatically. You have to push the fan button. The fan will need to be turned on BEFORE preheating if you’re using cooking spray or the grill will smoke from the burn off. Grill and kitchen clean up is a snap. Much faster and easier than cooking on a traditional grill or stove. Love, love LOVE this product!!!

We grilled in tonight with our new smokeless grill. It was amazing. We enjoyed the grilling smell without the frying grease burned smell. We are excited to be able to grill in when the weather outside is freezing. We can imagine that it's really summer temporarily.

This is my first review! I was so excited the first couple times of using it. Then.... smoke! Works great then your house is full of smoke. Not sure if they can replace a part but I would not recomend unless you just need it for a couple of uses. We never over loaded it and always clean before use. Only use outside!

I wish I could give this zero stars. THIS IS A TERRIBLE PRODUCT. DO NOT PURCHASE! I REPEAT DO NOT PURCHASE!! The grill does not stay hot, so all your food is lighly boiled. It won't stay hot enough to actually "grill" anything. A waste of money. Please learn from my stupidity. Do not purchase this item.

This is truly a smokeless grill. We cooked thick pork chops on it lat night; no smoke, and they were the most tender pork chops we'd ever eaten. Only one down side that we've found so far and that is a lack of cooking instructions for everyday fare. The downloaded recipes look really good, but there are no instructions for bacon, sausages, etc.

I purchased this smokeless Grill less than 30 days ago I thought it was awesome nothing sticks to it it Cooks nice but the last few times I used it I got a white smoke out of it filled up the whole kitchen I had to open the windows and there was nothing cooking on the grill in the grill was clean and spotless two or three times the fan quit running I had to go in and I had to restart the fan again what I recommend this product as of right now no maybe I got a bad one I don't know I'm willing to try it again and if I continue having problems with the new one I will write another review
