The food from this grill is amazing. I made the best hamburgers I have ever eaten! I loved it. But once I went to clean it all the captured smoke escaped and stunk up my house for days afterward. However now that I know that I take it outside on the porch before I take it apart and the captured smoke escapes. Still, I wouldn't trade this grill for anything! Those were the best burgers I ever ate. I also wish Walmart sold the griddle and cookbooks too, I'd love to have the option of having them. The reason I bought it from Walmart was being able to take it home without having to wait weeks to get it from the TV offer. I love this grill!

I like this but mine came with a different handle, it's plastic and when I tightened the handle down the screw the handle cracked I'm not going to take it back cause I had it for about 4 months and I broke it the first day I bought it and it's now coming looser

I wish I could give this zero stars. THIS IS A TERRIBLE PRODUCT. DO NOT PURCHASE! I REPEAT DO NOT PURCHASE!! The grill does not stay hot, so all your food is lighly boiled. It won't stay hot enough to actually "grill" anything. A waste of money. Please learn from my stupidity. Do not purchase this item.

I am really enjoying my smokeless grill.This small appliance has been a great asset to my kitchen.I love grilled food and eating it keeps me away from fried foods so with that being said,it's helping me with changing the way I prepare food and making my meals a lot more healthier.I am glad I made this purchase.

Works as promised but only better. I have had no problems with it at all. Only flaw I can find is that the griddle sits so low it is hard to flip pancakes or eggs, but I know the reason they designed it this way was for the fan to be able to extract the smoke when grilling.

Worked great so far, wasn't any smoke in kitchen and grilled the steaks to perfection. Granted wasn't the same as a charcoal grilled taste, but was as good as a outdoor gas grill taste. I only gave it 4 stars because it didn't come with the griddle, QVC sells it for $10 more and it comes with griddle. Also the web site to get cookbooks jumps to Canadian site that doesn't have the books.

This grill is terrific! Just took for week long family vacay and used daily ..... easy to use and easy to clean and not I have no regrets on purchase! Only had for 30 days and already my griddle and outdoor propane grill or a thing of the past. Thank you!!!

My friend let us borrow hers to use at a festival just this past weekend,we sold 96 hotdogs!! In 7 hrs ( along with other foods) but word got out that we had the best grilled hotdogs there. Clean up was a breeze. I am giving it a 5 star and plan on buying my own. Thank you

Great product for what it does. Good size for family of two. Temps are achieved quickly and maintained accurately. The smokeless fan turns on by it's self when needed. Still learning to use the machine but thus far the dishes we've made have been very good.

I bought this grill about two months ago. I like how good it cooks things without oil. The only problem i have is that the nonstick grill is not nonstick i have to spry it with nonstick cooking oil like Pam so the food will not stick, also the silver pan under it should have a bevel so it will let the grease fall into the tray under it.
