Didn't want to bring item to door, they wanted to leave up by the mailbox, since it was dark

Giving this item 3 stars because we like to cook on it, however it is not smokeless

Doesn't get hot enough to grill. Couldn't get above 250 degrees. Don't waste your money.

Easy to use and easy to clean.

Had this grill for 6 months and it turned off while using. The temperature will not work. Totally a waste of money!

Fantastic! This grill is the nicest inside grill and the results are amazing! The cleanup is quick. I love it and im having a lot of fun learning different ways to use it!

Fan fell out of the bottom. All parts of the unit can be cleaned except the fan. After about 15 or 20 meals the glue on the fan came off and the fan fell out. This unit ill make the best grilled food but the unit will not last.

I was looking for a grill and I came across the show of the powerless smoke grill on tv. It was meant to stay outside, but since I have it, I am using it in my kitchen almost everyday. It is ideal for everything could be grilled, great for the non smoke feature, I can grill anything and it won't smell. I was reluctant at the begin, but I am so happy, I told all my friends. I love it, I hope it lasts.

I didn't and it wasn't heating up. Referred to the user manual.... duh. There IS a line of succession that needs to be followed. Do as it says and it works as it is intended. I've only used it once and I. Love. It. Already!!! We had grilled veggies and a T-bone steak. Golly it was tasty!!! I had an indoor grill years ago. This is sooo much better. No smoke either. Awesome kitchen grill!!

I bought this a month or so ago and since I bought it I had 2 teeth removed and nerve damage in my mouth so the only things I can eat is strained food so I have not had any need to use it at all maybe in a few years, but my cats love climbing on it right now
