This product is great. I purchased this about a year ago. When we ordered 1/2 cow from the butcher. I use this grill at least twice a week. If used properly adding water to the bottom tray and spray Pam before cooking. Your food will be perfect every time. Friends and family have loved what I fixed on this grill and have purchased for themselves and their families. Great gift.

I've used this item 3 times since I have purchased it a few month ago. After the first use, I noticed that the grill plate doesn't heat evenly. After the second use, I noticed that some of the plastic on the bottom started to melt a little. Upon the third use, The fan stops working periodically during use, causing a serious fire hazard. Also, if you are cooking above 350 degrees, you cannot close lid, so it smokes, defeating its purpose.

This product lasted two times. The first time it worked. The second time it shut off after 5 minutes. I had to unplug and wait for 3 minutes to start again. Then I couldn't turn it off at the control. I had to unplug the cord to shut it down. I normally read the reviews before buying something. This time I didn't but should have. It would have saved me the time of buying and returning this poorly made product.

THIS GRILL IS SO EASY TO CLEAN AND YPU CAN PUT JUST ABOUT ALL THE PARTS IN DISH WASHER.I LOVE IT SO MUCH I BELIEVE I WILL BE GIVING SOME FOR CHRISTMAS GIFTS .

The "smokeless" part does work, but it's the only thing that works with this product. As a grill or a griddle it is useless. There is a 100 degree difference in the surface temp from the right side to the left side when using the grill. When using the griddle there is a hot spot in the center. The two sides won't even brown a grilled cheese sandwich while the center is burning it. It has the most un-even heating of any devise I have ever seen. The only thing it will be good for is taking up space in a landfill. So sorry we wasted our money on this.

If one can read and understand the instruction booklet. It is a great tool for indoor BBQing. Easier BBQ to work on the planet. Unless, one is a Rock with Lips. We all know those humans, they seem to have the fire department or ambulance, in front of their residence, once a Month.

I love this grill. It allows me to grill steaks, burgers, dogs, pork chops, and even grilled cheese - Indoors in my apartment. That is huge in cold and foul weather. Everything tastes just like it came off the grill, and there's almost no smoke - so I didn't have to turn off the smoke detector.

I bought this grill a month ago and fins I use it every day. I haven't used my stove or o en sin e I got my grill. Clean up is so eSh...BUT THE ALUMINUM INSERT HAS SHARP SIDES! We've cooked chicken breasts, veggies, eggs and quesadillas. I NEED MORE RECIPES!!!!

It truly is smokeless grilling unless you use a cooking spray on the grill surface (learn from experience, yes). Steak, chicken, and burgers all cook perfectly with grill stripes and the flavor you expect. As a new purchase, I can't speak to the longevity of the grill, but the quality certainly jumps out at you. Very easy to clean as all the parts are detachable and dishwasher safe. Using water to capture the smoke is a clever design and can also be used to add herbs for cooking flavor. The glass lid includes a gasket that helps seal in the cooking odors. High quality all around. My one objection is the lack of incremental temperature control. The digital control panel lights up for easy use with a plus/minus touch pad. The manual does not touch on the heat control at all. The temperature control I miss is 325 and 375 degrees. Unless I missed something, the user must choose 350 or 400. This would only be important for certain recipes, but still, it is strange not to have that control. My model did not come with the griddle attachment, but more temp control would be good there. Just so you know, it does not come with a built-in timer and shut-off, so no unattended cooking here.

This grill is amazing. The grill is structured so that there is no smoke that comes off of it and instead, gets filtered inside the grill. The material is top quality and it's pretty large, so you can grill a lot of food at the same time. The grilling is also very quiet and the grill is very easy to clean. All you need to do is stick it into the dishwasher. Absolutely great quality product for its relatively alright price. I wrote this review as part of a contest!
