I really like this grill. It is a little difficult to use when you get started by having to take apart add water

Great buy works just like a outdoor grill leaves those grill marks on your steaks and burgers just like a outdoor grill

Had this grill for 6 months and it turned off while using. The temperature will not work. Totally a waste of money!

Fantastic! This grill is the nicest inside grill and the results are amazing! The cleanup is quick. I love it and im having a lot of fun learning different ways to use it!

Fan fell out of the bottom. All parts of the unit can be cleaned except the fan. After about 15 or 20 meals the glue on the fan came off and the fan fell out. This unit ill make the best grilled food but the unit will not last.

I'm not writing a review I got one of these for Christmas and was wondering if this is safe to use with having birds. Does anyone have one and have birds?

With some of the bad comments below, Im glad that I didn't get it. My family is a frequent shopper of WM. Im just so disgusted with my order placed on Nov.4 their first day of WM holiday deals. Ive been eyeing this power smokeless grill for so long

I have two of them, I was surprised how easy the clean up was and that most of the unit pieces go right in the dishwasher. It heats up quickly and cooks evenly. I have been able to do 8 of the Jewel/Kroger burgers from the meat counter on them. They are truely no smoke, I am impressed.

We grilled in tonight with our new smokeless grill. It was amazing. We enjoyed the grilling smell without the frying grease burned smell. We are excited to be able to grill in when the weather outside is freezing. We can imagine that it's really summer temporarily.

I have owed this grill about 9 months, and have liked it well. However today when washing the vented aluminum pan, as I was lifting it out of the sink my fingers were touching the many vents on the side of pan resulting in cutting one of my fingers. It appears that this part has its vent holes cut using a stamp die process and sharp jagged edges remained.
