Easy assemble and use

I did not buy this from Sam's but got one about a year or two ago. Just want to warn users about the terrible quality of this companies products over. This units grill plate is really difficult to clean fully because the back of the cooking plate is bare metal no non stick coating so everything sticks. Also he grill plate has tons of little holes that you need a tooth brush to clean. Plus the grease coats every inch internally of the machine. The worst part is It didn't even last a year. Skip this and use a pan/oven or at least a better brand

Have not used as yet. It will be great for one person like making ribs or steak. Im not a outside BBQ person

Love this smokeless grill, we gave grilled hamburgers, chicken and vegetables on it so far and love it.

There are three layers to clean. The food cooked on it didn't taste like it was grilled. Returned the grill for a refund.

I bought this last month. I have cooked hamburgers, pork loin chops, & steaks. They all come out perfect. Not dry at all. Love it!

purchased this grill today 1-25-19 plugged it in to cook, no power no blue lights no heat.Told by Tristar "take it back to Sam's"

Seemed to heat up nicely, placed chicken on the rack, heard some sizzling and then nothing. Tried again, same thing. It won't hold the heat! I'd rather use the griddle on my stove.

This grill is most certainly not smokeless. It smokes up the house every time I've used it. It is difficult to clean and now I am at the point of either giving it away or throwing it away. Probably the worst purchase I've ever made at a Sams Club.
