I did not buy this from Sam's but got one about a year or two ago. Just want to warn users about the terrible quality of this companies products over. This units grill plate is really difficult to clean fully because the back of the cooking plate is bare metal no non stick coating so everything sticks. Also he grill plate has tons of little holes that you need a tooth brush to clean. Plus the grease coats every inch internally of the machine. The worst part is It didn't even last a year. Skip this and use a pan/oven or at least a better brand

Only used about 5 times. Each time disassembled, washed all washable parts, dried, then laid to air dry, also laid back on grill in a light way instead of piecing fully together, until ready to use next. Went to use it, and the fan is covered in rust! I cannot return, bc warranty period is over. What a waste.

I have other products from this company and very pleased but disappointed with this one. Metal drip tray (directions say dishwasher safe) rusted after first wash. Used the grill for the first time last night, washed parts in dishwasher and this am when unloading found the metal drip tray had lots of rust spots on it. Grill itself worked fine but not any more impressive than other Grills I've owned that cost much less.

Used grill one time and returned it. For a few very thin chicken tenderloins it took over 40 minutes to cook them all the way. The consistency of the chicken tasted odd (even my 15 year old noticed that normally eats everything). Also, the clean up process is much longer than cooking by any other means. The grill does let off steam so there are small puddles of water around it as you cook.
