These are great pads for bladder leaks but they do not stay stuck to your underwear. They are constantly separating from my underwear and sticking to me or my pants.

The Always moderate pads work great. No leaks, no odor and no irritation. Thin and the adhesive stays in place. No bunching up. Comfortable to wear even under tight clothing.

I have used these before and they are okay panty liner pads. Terrible for incontinence leaks though. Or holding much of anything. But if you have lots of mucus and dont want wet undies or the feeling of wetness, these hold up okay like typical ones.

Have been using underwear and liners for about three years. Discreet was recommended by a friend and I tried them. Like packaging better and it is wider and thinner. Also a little cheaper. Going to try Underwear which I use ocassionally.

Always Discreet incontinence pads are comfortable, absorbent and there is no odor coming from your pad. These are my 2nd choice when it comes to incontinence pads

The adhesive doesn't work! I have to use three times as many as other brands because once the adhesive fails I have to use a new pad! Total waste of money

You don't realize the fact when your young that pads will be needed thru all the stages of your life. The always discreet pad is like wearing nothing at all. It is very comfortable and absorbant. It's a good fit.

This is a good pad. It is absorbent and it is lightly scented. My only problem is the sticky tape. It is hard to get off. Other than that, I recommend it.

This product does NOT compare favorably with other brands. I was VERY disappointed & would not recommend this pads to anyone. They do not "hold" much at all & will wet though. They also leak. All in all they are pretty usless!
