I have been wearing pads or tampons for about 60 years now! These are super absorbent while keeping the moisture from your skin. The adhesive keeps them in place through workouts, dancing, hikes, biking, etc. Soooooo much better than anything else on the market. And, inexpensive when bought at Sam's Club!

I was honestly so stressed about needing these, but they are great. They're super thin, so you can't see them through your pants at all, but they still hold a lot and don't leak. They also completely block any smell, which was my biggest worry. They stay put and let me go about my day without constantly stressing.

As an 81 yr old, I thought my days were long gone wearing pad? Let me tell you, When you are finish changing life by 50, throw those Nasty things away, you are Free again. Let your hair down.. Oops laughed to much, now back to wearing Pads again...What for? Pee, you never know when you will have leaks or drips, and you don't want wet panties.. Well I started for many yrs now wearing Always mini..then I thought, these things aren't doing such a good job. So went online to Sam's shopping and brought Always up.. hey they come in different numbers..? Humm! Well what did I have to loose? Jump right to the #4 Moderate Always Discreet Plus.. Perfect. I love them. I tell all my old friends who most also have this problem. Thanks...and no more wetsies.. Marie

I don't think these are any more absorbent than regular pads and everything just goes over the edge.

Sticky strip doesn't stick worth a darn to my undies but oh boy when it slides around and gets stuck on my inner thigh it's like superglue. They smell nice and hold decent amount.

The long pads are better than the shorter ones, but i am thoroughly unimpressed with these "ultra thin" type pads.

I was truly disappointed when I opened the box to retrieve the personal hygiene product. When I went to show mom what Sam's Club now carries was I so disappointed. When I pulled some out of the plastic bag to put in her bathroom drawer well let's say I was upset. I showed mom and she asked if I maybe ordered young ladies pads. I even went down to check the box I placed in the recycling can. No, it was the correct item. Well needless to say we had a big laugh and even joked a newborn would tinkle more than it would hold! Now, if it's used as a means of protection for a few drops till your on your way to the restroom than maybe.

This product is a waste of time and money for someone that needs heavier absorption and retention of liquid. This should be advertised as panty liners and rated as 1. You have discontinued the best product for the above described needs. That product being Member's Mark Total Protection for Women, 192 pads, max absorbency rated at 5. Skew 07874218544. As far as using "pull ups" are concerned, think about what would be required of you if you were wearing slacks, needed to change "pull ups", and were on a hike or vacation with limited bathrooms to use for changing. Of course, you'd have to take your slacks totally off as well as shoes in order to remove the soiled pull ups and to put on another pair. What an inconvenience!

These are definitely not made to hold any type of bladder control. I thought when buying them they would help for when you just can’t make it to the potty in quite time but these are more like just a panty liner.

These were such a waste of money and a cause of an embarrassing situation ! I usually get poise and wanted to give these a try because the poise pads can be bulky and not as discreet. However the 1st time wearing this pad,I had to go and I wasn't able to make it to the restroom, the pad didnt help at all, I wet myself. It was extremely embarrassing and had to find a way to leave work without any one knowing so I could go home and change. That would not have been the case with the poise pads, poise saved me more than once, I will not be buying these again! These are good for someone with small bladder leaks, and not a moderate situation as advertised. Back to my tried and true poise pads.
