I usually use SAM'S brand, but thought id try a name brand product. I wanted to try this because the pad is not so thick. Bad decision, these are so small, it looks like they're made for a 10 yr old girl.

These pads are not worth buying and now I'm stuck with 153 of them. They are thin and absorb nothing. They are not as thick as other brands with the same absorbancy rating. I will not purchase them again.

I like the Always Discreet and I buysize 6 but they only come in long so often I cut them in half, whick is OK too as one makes two. I used to buy the short in the store, but like the price at Samsw better. And Longs are OK too.

These are great. They work well and are very comfortable. I’ve been using them for a few years. The only issue I’ve ever had is with the plastic wrapper. You need to use it for the discard. In one box the tape was too short and in another the wrapper was torn when you opened the pad. They’re still a great product.

Highly absorbent feminine pad and yet not bulky and uncomfortable. Work, walk, play with confidence that your not over flowing whether it’s your monthly or bladder leaks! Pleasant fragrance almost unnoticeable unless you really sniff. Adhesive back of pad is a plus, unless you want to use safety pins. Wrapper for pad can be reused to wrap soiled pad, and it has a sticky tab that you can secure the rewrap and throw in the trash.

As an 81 yr old, I thought my days were long gone wearing pad? Let me tell you, When you are finish changing life by 50, throw those Nasty things away, you are Free again. Let your hair down.. Oops laughed to much, now back to wearing Pads again...What for? Pee, you never know when you will have leaks or drips, and you don't want wet panties.. Well I started for many yrs now wearing Always mini..then I thought, these things aren't doing such a good job. So went online to Sam's shopping and brought Always up.. hey they come in different numbers..? Humm! Well what did I have to loose? Jump right to the #4 Moderate Always Discreet Plus.. Perfect. I love them. I tell all my old friends who most also have this problem. Thanks...and no more wetsies.. Marie

As these are supposedly for incontinence, they are too narrow to be helpful. I had problems with the sides scrunching and sticking together which made the pads very uncomfortable to wear. The pads were absorbent when required, but not the most comfortable I’ve used.

Always Discreet is my favorite product of this type, holds fluid well. Does not ever smell and is easy to dispose of in the wrapper from a fresh one. The sticking power is great. Never slips or bunches up on me and comes in a full range of protection. And it stays in place on those microfiber panties as well.

These are very comfortable and does the job of keeping you dry.

I use more than one daily for incontinence. Very useful product for a great price.
