Im pregnant and embarrassed when I sneeze or cough and leak. These help me stay dry. And they smell good, I dont stink down there even when I have an accident.

I've worn your always discreet for several years but no more. I consistently leak with the "new" version. And often leak thru underwear onto my clothes. What Have you done to my beloved pads.

The only trouble I had with this pad is when I sneezed or coughed pretty hard. At those times it didn't hold as much as I wanted but for just normal every day wear, I found it to be absorbent enough and comfortable to wear.

Used after the delivery of my twins. Very absorbent. Kept me feeling dry. They stayed in place. However, I wasn’t a fan of the scent. It was a strong perfume scent.

These pads are almost 2" longer than the Poise regular. They're huge! Nothing discreet about them, they show in the front and back and feel uncomfortable. I'm not tiny- these are way too big.

Always Discreet incontinence pads are comfortable, absorbent and there is no odor coming from your pad. These are my 2nd choice when it comes to incontinence pads

I have used pads for about 10 years. I do not have heavy leakage and so bought the moderate leakage, medium length. I love that they are so thin and, for me, work just as well as the bulky others.

This product is great.. keeps you dry and large enough to avoid any embarrassing moments that can happen with incontinence.. I give it a five star review.

it's a nice product but I was a fan of the earlier product called 'envive' which had a much flatter profile. Also this new pad leaves adhesive behind when removing it. Not pleasant!!! used to buy envive but now going to other brands :(

I use moderate #4 regular length discreet pad which is 10". I wish there was a shorter 8" pad. I'm self-conscious of the pad showing from the backside.
