[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pads are thinner than other brands and comfortable to wear. They are not bulky, but that being said they are designed for light /moderate leakage. I would not wear these if you have a more serious problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The always discreet pads in moderate form are easy to use by just lining them in your underwear and changing as needed. Always felt dry while using them during the monthly cycle. The pads stay in place and easy to dispose of.

I bought the Regular Moderate Absorbancy size. First of all if these are not the long ones I can't imagine how long the long ones are. The regular size is a bit too long for me. But the worse part of this pad is that the sticky glue does not total remove from my panties. And you can't pull what's left off the material. Going back to Poise.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first opened this package of Always Discreet Moderate Pads, I knew right then that these would be the perfect pads for me. It is not too thick or too thin and it was not detectable under my clothing. It covered me perfectly, front to back, without being overly long. I felt very protected once I read that it had an absorbent inner layer and that it drew any leakage toward the center of the pad. I found this to be very true once I wore it and tested it out! I also liked the fact that it was designed with higher sides, LeakGuards, and that it was scented lightly and neutralized any wetness. If you have any episodes of bladder leakage, I would definitely give these pads a try. I think that you will find, as I did, that they will give you confidence to wear any outfit in your closet! These pads get a 10 out of 10! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who experiences bladder leakage. I don’t think you will be disappointed!

I have terrible allergies so I always have the daily cough and/or sneeze. I was very self conscious about the small leaks so tried these. They do hold the leaks in and are very comfortable to wear as well as they are not noticeable while you're wearing them. I will continue to buy.

Works for the if needed situations that happen and felt secure to be comfortable in case and not victim to leakage on clothes. Happy with results of product !
