Hello, I love the panties and the pads i have to use both together, here is my issue the large are too small as my lower is smaller then upper body but the XL is way to lose of a fit to keep from leaks if too lose they will leak... I wish you had a size larger then the large but not as big as the huge XL maybe instead of 3 sizes (s/m) (L) and (XL) maybe have a small and a med and a large and then a XL and XXL for those that might need a larger. I have such and issue over night i have to use the largest pad you make and put them inside the largest pantie you make, i wish u had a ""booster"" a pad with no plastic on the back so they can be used inside the pantie one once the Booster is full it would fill the pantie, other companies make these i only wish Always Brand did as well as i like your brand better they are more comfortable and smell better and do absorb more then others do.

I only need these because I am becoming of age that every little sneeze or cough I kind of dribble a bit so these really help boost my confidence of not hiding in anymore because of the thoughts of wetting myself out in public!!! They absorb very well and are not uncomfortable to wear, much pleased and satisfied!

They have a shape that conforms to your body & provides a lot of protection. They are so comfortable that I forgot I was even wearing one. The adhesive stays in place on your underwear too. These are definitely something I'll continue to use.
