[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Always Discreet Moderate Pads have really come in handy for me. I love that they have an added layer for protection. They are extremely comfortable and I rarely remember that I'm wearing them. I would definitely recommend this product.

Compared to the regular retail version (non-Sam's), it's clear these were made with (possibly literally) corners cut to save costs. These are the same brand and same "level" but not the same quality. These leak more easily and are not quite as long as the regular retail version. I won't be buying these through Sam's again.

First off these aren't bulky by any means and they stay right in place. They have a light scent nothing overwhelming and they protect against leaks and keep you fresh and dry. They are nice to put in your purse for anytime anywhere protection

It’s super embarrassing to need bladder pads at my age, but these are amazing. I love that they look like any ordinary pad, not necessarily something for bladder. They’re definitely absorbant and work better than expected. So happy with this product and I will definitely buy again. I love that I can always trust the Always brand.
