These provide alot of protection even when the accidental heavy gush happens. I dont feel nervous when i wear them, and i feel confident throughout the day. They stick well and dont make noises.

I have tried all pads and this by far has been the best fit, I feel dry even if it wet and long enough for that coughing fit. I have bought 2 packages already and I feel more confident leaving the house with it, as before i had to take a couple of reg pads because they were not too absorbent. I love it and since Im only 44 and have this problem now for 14 years I do recommend them to friends and family.

I recently had a cold with a nasty cough that caused more bladder leakage than I normally have and these pads did an awesome job at protecting me and my clothes from embarrasing leaks. The pads adhere well to my panties and are unnoticable under my clothes. I didn't experience any bunching and there was no leakage from the sides. The top layer stayed comfortable dry and did not cause any irritation.
