They are slim, which is great! The absorbency is excellent. They are very discreet, and I would definitely purchase them in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Always Discreet Moderate Pads work great. First, the shape makes for an exact and comfortable wear. They are absorbent yet thin and discreet. They give that protection you may need due to multiple reasons and the confidence that they won't leak.

At first when I opened them they were quite bulkier compared to the thin liners I use. I was thinking they would be bulky and uncomfortable for work "wear". They have a scent to them like a fresh scent and I was also afraid I would get irritated. Well much to my surprise they turned out to be great! The bulky feel wasnt as bad as I thought and they kept me dry. Nothing is more embarrassing then walking down the hall at work with a wet mark in your pants! These are a real deal winner! They lock the urine in and wick it away per say and you are left feeling dry. I absolutely recommend these to try.

I have been using Always Discreet Moderate pads for years, but the latest “new and improved” package is a bitter disappointment. The absorbency is next to nothing, the pads leak, and there is little to no odor control. I am exremely unhappy, and will be switching to a different brand.

Absorbent and comfortable to wear. I didn't feel like I was wearing a diaper or felt like people knew I had a heavy pad on. I was in an accident and I felt better knowing I had extra protection as I moved slowly, so I appreciated knowing it was there to assist me.

This is the best pad I have ever worn. It does everything it says it will. The comfort is far above any other pad on the market. (yes I have tried them all.) My most favorite part is the length! For some unknowen reason my leakage travels forward and exits at the end of the pad, wetting my clothes. When you unfold an Always pad one end is longer than the other. I put the long end to the front. No more wet clothes. Thank you Always
