[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pads are fairly comfortable but the lack of wings do make it hard to keep in place. They are very soft and not too bulky, although I didn't have issues with them, I'm not big on scented pads. Just knowing they were scented made me uncomfortable but I didn't have a rash or anything from wearing them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ALways Discreet Moderate Pads were good in absorbing and feeling comfortable and clean, however I did find that they tend to move and not stick long enough on underwear. I think if these had extra reinforcement on the sticky side or wings, it would do a better job at staying put. However, they still absorb what they need to and would consider buying if my go to is not available.
