[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these because I have issues when I cough. They work as advertised. They are a little bit bulky, but I suppose that's a necessary evil. They stay in place and are good for all day (or all night) wear. I recommend these for anyone dealing with occasional leaks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried these pads and found they were a little thicker than anticipated. They have an extremely wide crotch area. I’m tall and thin, so maybe someone a little thicker would fit these. As far as leakage, these did their job!

Always is a great brand and definitely one of my go-to options when it comes to bladder leaks or that time of the month. Overall, I thought this one was a good option,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love always and I do get that the whole idea of this line is for it to be discreet but I personally don't think the "discreetness" is worth it. It's a moderate sized pad so it already looks somewhat bulky but it also slides around a little too much.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect size for light days. Not bulky at all. Dry absorbent so no leaks. Very comfortable and, because of size, no bulking up if you wear slacks. Not necessary to change every hour. Strongly recommend.

normally I use poise for stress incontinence and overactive bladder, resulting from Multiple sclerosis. Always discreet is excellent at neutralizing odor, but is unimpressive in its ability to quickly absorb and hold unwanted releases of urine. I am not in agreement with it holding 2 times what it should. Please keep improving this product! best regards, GD
