I've been using Poise for years and have been annoyed because I could always feel that the pad was there, often as a wedgie, and a constant reminder that I was wearing a pad. I use the light ultra-thin pads. With Always, I don't have the wedgie effect and don't notice that I'm wearing a pad.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Always Discreet Moderate Pads are very absorbent and comfortable to wear. They don't bunch up and make me feel more secure about not leaking. These pads were great after I had surgery and had some incontinence. I have also used these pads when I am on my period. Always is a brand I trust and will always choose for personal protection.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pads are great for moderate and and small flow. It's not too thick or bulky. The sticky surface stays put well without shifting around. I wish it is slightly longer for better protection. The surface can be softer because it rubs a bit after walking around.

I like the fact that they don't feel bulky, yet they absorb quite a bit of liquid. As far as the discreet, they get an A+. I did have one issue. They are scented, which was ok for me, but for others it may be an issue. So if you have any scent allergies, be mindful that these may or may not affect the wearability. All in all I was very pleased!

Wore them to my nieces graduation party, thankful they stayed in place and held up to all the activities that were going on

Absorbent and comfortable to wear. I didn't feel like I was wearing a diaper or felt like people knew I had a heavy pad on. I was in an accident and I felt better knowing I had extra protection as I moved slowly, so I appreciated knowing it was there to assist me.
