However, one thing I would change for myself is for them not to be scented. I’m very sensitive down there and my balance is easily thrown off. Over all great product.

It's comfortable and definitely discreet, unlike those bulky underwear with the gigantic pad that pokes out at the back. They are easily carried in a purse or backpack for whenever you need. It helps with those leaks when you laugh hard, or cough, for slight bladder leakage due to the muscle getting weaker as you age. Every woman will age at some point in time and there's nothing to be ashamed of. It happens. It's just great to know you'll be protected. The pads have a wonderful soft scent to them. I carry them everywhere. I definitely recommend this to any woman who needs protection from her muscles getting weak and can't hold her urine if she laughs, coughs, or sneezes.

The issue I have with them is that they scrunch up into the middle of my underwear and leave the sides exposed to getting blood on them. I generally go for pads with wings for that reason, but these work well for not having them. They also work very well for possible bladder leaks, and seem like they could hold a good amount of needed.

They hold everything from a tiny sneeze leak to more moderate leak issues. They lock in the wetness and they don't leak even if you do.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually have just small amounts of urine leakage and I found that the Always Discreet Moderate Pads did not contain it. Maybe a longer pad size might work better. These pads were gentler on the skin so I was disappointed they didn't contain the leakage.

I bought the 66 pad pack for moderate leakage . I was excitedbto try them as Always has a good rep on otherbproduct BUT this was a TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT! If i cough once the pad gets full if i happen to cough a second time the pad completely leaks and wet my clothes. ( i leak when i cough or sneeze) Will NEvER BUY AGAIN AND HIGHLY DO NOT DO NOT RECOMMEND
