I even sneezed once and with my old Mom bladder everyone knows what happen. I do see myself buying anything else but these from here on out! No scents, no bunching, no sticky residue after removing, this makes changing so easy or if you don’t need it any longer with the light days you don’t have to deal with that sticky residue that can cause your underwear to stick to you then. I absolutely love these and highly recommend!!!

the always discreet moderate regular length are to long they need to be shorten about 2 inch,i don't need a pad to go up my butt,will not buy again unless they are shorter just call it a mini regular length that are more comfortable for wearing all the time,day and night....

They give that protection you may need due to multiple reasons and the confidence that they won't leak.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received these in time for my monthly cycle. I have to admit to being hesitant in trying them especially when I saw that they had no wings. I must admit to my surprise they worked great if not better than the pads I normally buy with wings. I didn't feel like they were too bulky, or uncomfortable. They were small, light weight and mighty. I do believe these pads have convinced me to think differently about the pads with wings vs the ones without. I guess it comes down to comfort level. I will get more on my next trip to the store.

I just had to write a review about this product after trying Tena and Poise. I used Poise for a long time but still ended up having accidents. Even using the moderate thick uncomfortable pads. When Always came out with this discreet pad I was reluctant to try it because they are "the period pad" company. Well I am really glad I did,this pad was put to the test one day in the dental office. I was having routine x rays done and I always gag when they try to x ray the back teeth. Well I gagged really bad and it caused me to leak, and not just a little. This happened about 4 times and all I could think was that my pants were going to be all wet because I leaked so much. As soon as I was done I went to the rest room to change and find out how embarrassed I would be walking around with wet pants There wasn't a drop of wetness on anything but that pad. That convinced me I would be buying these pads. I use the moderate long length. They are thinner then other moderate but hold so much more liquid. Good Job Always I am so happy to finally find a pad that works for me.

These would be great to wear for 5hrs or over night. I would be interested to see how absorbent all the different sizes are of this product
