(No pun intended lol) I tried the Always Discreet Moderate pads and gotta say I needed these years ago! They have the right length to cover my underwear to avoid those heavy flow accidents especially for the overnight! They’re not big and bulky like the older pads. I almost never even notice I have one on & it doesn’t irritate me either. I'd definitely recommend!

It is fragrance free and stays cool and dry even though I and a heavy bleeder. It doesn’t cause any irritation. The sticky back stays in place on the underwear and I am comfortable that I will have a leak proof day while wearing these pads. I absolutely love that I don’t feel as if I am wearing a diaper with I am on my period; it truly is discrete.

They work as intended, they absorb extra moisture/leakage and they are very discreet! Small package for easy storage in a small purse or bag. The scent is too much though! Everything in my purse smells like my pads! I don’t find the scent appealing at all so I cannot handle it’

It has been tough finding something I can wear everyday that is not bulky. I usually wear regular pads. But these for perfect size for me!! Highly recommend these!!
