[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pads were great! They were a perfect fit- no too long not too short. They were very absorbent and very comfortable. I would recommend these pads to my elderly friends.They came in a discreet box and discreet wrapper.

As a person with Multiple Chemical Sensitivity and allergic reaction to scents, I am appalled that when opening this product I find in small print ON THE BACK that it is SCENTED! I can barely stand having scents near me let alone placed in the most sensitive area of my body. This is outrageous, since all Always products list prominently on the front next to the absorbency level whether it’s scented or unscented. Being a long-time Always consumer for other pads, I expected to see this information where it’s usually displayed. Now I am stuck with a useless bag that is also harmful to me.

These are my new go to pads. You can use these for many different things. I would definitely recommend these pads to my friends and family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Always Discreet Moderate pads are a must have for me. I can't leave home without wearing something and thesenpads keep me feeling fresh. I don't ever have that bulky feel or the feeling like I am wearing diapers.

I've had issues with the adhesive strip leaving a sticky residue (part of the adhesive strip) on my underwear. I hope you will consider a modification to the product to fix this. I like the other features of Always, but will return to using Poise or Tena until this is fixed. It really is a detriment to clothing garments. Thank you

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Always Discreet moderate protection Pads are extremely absorbent for a moderate protection pad. The moisture quickly wicks away and leaves me feeling much more comfortable. Smooth and soft and easy to position. I highly recommend Always Discreet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like these Always Discreet moderate Pads. They hold up and make me feel better when I’m out and I have some urine leakage nothing heavy maybe from laughing or sneezing. They aren’t too bulky and uncomfortable. I will be continuing to use.

Mod length and #4 absorb fit from belly button to tail bone. How is that moderate? It needs to be same absorbency but shorter and less glue. I would think you could manage that. Bought the long length by mistake once. Same thing! So maybe you need to reprogram your equipment to manufacture a REAL moderate, regular length pad. Please. Loving your product otherwise and have tried them all. However, if your company cannot regulate the size I will have to move on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Over all these always discreet pads work well. The smell is moderate, and the coverage is good. I am personally not a fan of the ruched edges. As a bigger lady, that caused some chafing for me. But if you don't mind that then these will work well!
