[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Always Discreet Moderate Pads works very effectively in keeping my dry and protected. Twenty pads are in the packag. It is fragrance free and stays cool and dry even though I and a heavy bleeder. It doesn’t cause any irritation. The sticky back stays in place on the underwear and I am comfortable that I will have a leak proof day while wearing these pads. I absolutely love that I don’t feel as if I am wearing a diaper with I am on my period; it truly is discrete.

However, they do absorb well and so I like them in that regard. If they were less scented I would like them more. They are fairly discrete and comfortable too.

The slinder cute little package are slim can fit any where pocket of jeans or skirt or small space in my purse.The pads has a fresh scent to them I love.

It stayed in place and lasted me longer than some other brands- it was slightly bulkier/ more noticeable in certain pants I wore .

And even though these pads are thin they act like the thick pads. They hold just as much liquid as the thick pads. I love the little tiny elastic along both edges so there is no leakage.

They give that protection you may need due to multiple reasons and the confidence that they won't leak.

I have been using Always Discreet Moderate pads for years, but the latest “new and improved” package is a bitter disappointment. The absorbency is next to nothing, the pads leak, and there is little to no odor control. I am exremely unhappy, and will be switching to a different brand.

It is comfortable enough to wear on my light days. It is discreet and I don't have to worry about Billy lines showing through my pants or feeling like I'm wearing a diaper.
