Not enough so to warrant a diaper of sorts, but enough were something needed to be done. These pads are fairly comfortable, and most of all, absorbable while eliminating any potential odor! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Always Discreet Pads are very slim. They don't feel bulky. These are long so they are able to catch liquids from whatever position. I liked that these stayed in position. They absorb liquids well and do not leak.

For the most part, the Discreet, moderate absorbency, regular length pads work well for me. It is necessary to place the pad carefully on underwear for maximum comfort. The only real problem is removal of a pad from underwear. The adhesive partially splits from the pad and remains on underwear about 75% of the time.

It doesn't take up much room in your purse and is thin to be discrete when you're on the way to the restroom. Great for not only periods but for when you get older and can't always make it in time. These pads have great absorbency and extremely comfortable. They can withhold a lot of movement and stay in place.
