[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pads were very absorbent and I liked the short length. However, the adhesive was not sticky enough to stay in place and would move around. I have used other Always Discreet Incontinence pads and they worked a lot better for me than these.

When I received the package I noticed bag was a little bulky. However, when I opened the package, the pad was thin. I did not think it would be able to contain the moisture. I was pleasantly surprised that it not only contained the moisture but also did not move around in my underwear. It stayed put. I would and have recommended this product. I suffer from bladder leakage everyday and it can be nerve wrecking when I make an accident. These pads are very comfortable and it's not noticable with my everyday clothes. I used it for over the night protection and it worked perfectly.it was cery comfortable and i didnt even notice i had it on during the night. I will “always” reach for the “always” products in times of need.

I wish it is slightly longer for better protection. The surface can be softer because it rubs a bit after walking around.
