These pads are made of great materials and the Quality is great. And the price was great too.!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Always Discreet Moderate bladder pads have a nice scent so that you do not have an unpleasant smell from bladder leaks, has an elastic like side to keep leaks in the pad and not on clothing. Has a set texture and dies not chafe. One thing that I would like to be improved is that when you are a bigger woman, the pads scrunch up and move and come out of the underwear partially so I was very concerned that yhey would fall out in front of items on the floor. I also like that the pad is Discreet so Noone knows that you are wearing one.

I used Always bladder pads for years, beginning with liners and graduating to a thicker pad as the years passed. I. Loved wearing them, very comfortable and best of all they were thin not bulky. However, what I didn't know is that I had developed an allergic reaction to the pads. For years I had an extremely itchy vaginal area, so bad that it was practically raw. I received several samples of a competitors brand and decided to use them. Within 10 days the itching had stopped. Many others have had no problems with using always pads. And I don't know if I am the only one who had severe reaction to using Always or if there are others. Regardless I miss wearing them. I am sorry I can no longer use them.

As I have aged and now 49, also currently experiencing experiencing menopause I need something to aid In bladder leakage. It is an embarrassing fact for someone my age because sometimes I do have small accidents so this has been a life saver. Thank you so much Always your products are amazing!

They are just thin enough to be comfortable, long enough to have good coverage and be discreet. They are lightly scented to cover any odors. I really like the brand Always it gets the job done.
