[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these for my teenage daughter. They’re perfect for her! Not too big and bulky and doesn’t “show” that she’s wearing a pad. They have just enough absorbent to where she doesn’t need to worry about leakage.

These are so comfortable. They don't shift at all and no bunching! I am definitely going to recommend them.

There's a real light scent to them , so no odors. There was no leaks . They stayed in place. Always Discreet pads are good for day or night. I like them and will continue to use .

They last for hours without being in uncomfortable and mask enough odor for long use. Easily changeable and stay in place with every motion.

I find these too long [labeled regular length] very stiff and not very comfortable. I cannot find a good selection of Always products in the store so I end up buying pads when I prefer liners. I will be going back to Tena . . . softer and more comfortable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pads are very soft and absorbent. They are long and narrow and does not feel bulky. Most importantly it stays in place and does not move around or comes off easily like some other brands I've used before. The sides are slightly raised to protect against leaks. The pads have a subtle fragrance in it. Overall these are good quality pads that are comfortable and absorbent.

I used Poise products for two years. For the past 6 months I have been using Always and found them to be much more comfortable and discrete. I use one level higher than I actually need. I am 58 years old and have no desire to sit in a rocking chair. I am taking riding lessons and need a comfortable, discreet pad for wearing under tight riding breeches. However, twice now the Always pad failed and leaked and I found that all the absorbent filling had escaped the seams and was all over the inside of my pants rendering the pad useless and of course I leaked and got my clothing and saddle wet. I thought these were made for active use. I don't know if these are just flukes and escaped quality control but I can't take a chance. I will be going back to Poise. Too bad. I really prefer the Always brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very absorbent and flexible. Doesn't bunch up very comfortable. Priced accordingly and easy to find in most stores. Grew up using Always and will grow old using them too. Fits nicely is your purse or bag.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm sorry to say I can't recommend these Always pads. If you have very minor incontinence problems they may work for you. These pads a very small, only a tad thicker than a panty liner, and are designed to hold up to a cup of liquid. Unfortunately, I experience sudden gushes that these pads cannot contain. I had leakage from the front and sides, which meant a complete clean-up and change. They also had a not so pleasant fragrance.
