I feel more protected throughout the day. It absorbs more than a regular period pad and works better for me. It’s compact and discreet, I sometimes forget I’m wearing it. My favorite part is the scent! It almost smells like a lavender, I could be wrong but it’s delightful.

Thankfully always discreet are there to save me even more embarrassment. There is no odor, leakage, or discomfort. And like the label says it's discreet so no one knows I am wearing one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Over all these always discreet pads work well. The smell is moderate, and the coverage is good. I am personally not a fan of the ruched edges. As a bigger lady, that caused some chafing for me. But if you don't mind that then these will work well!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have used always for a long long time. They are reliable, leak resistant and affordable. They’re also comfortable. Don’t really have any negatives about them. It’s also great that they come in all different sizes for all needs.

I used Poise products for two years. For the past 6 months I have been using Always and found them to be much more comfortable and discrete. I use one level higher than I actually need. I am 58 years old and have no desire to sit in a rocking chair. I am taking riding lessons and need a comfortable, discreet pad for wearing under tight riding breeches. However, twice now the Always pad failed and leaked and I found that all the absorbent filling had escaped the seams and was all over the inside of my pants rendering the pad useless and of course I leaked and got my clothing and saddle wet. I thought these were made for active use. I don't know if these are just flukes and escaped quality control but I can't take a chance. I will be going back to Poise. Too bad. I really prefer the Always brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The size was either wrong or not long enough. This would be like for a kid size instead of a women. They did hold alot of fluid and they have no smell and there was no irritation, i would just recommend a larger size unless your tiny

I definitely recommend this brand and this size!!! I usually use supper but now on my lighter days I’ll definitely use these!
