[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I felt like these had great absorption. They stayed glued to my panties until I took it off. It didn’t bunch up or cause me any discomfort. I really did feel protected from leaks when I wore these. I would buy these again.

Nice product, especially as it is compact - making it easy to store, and keep on hand. However, I wish there were an unscented version. If you carry these around in a bag or purse, it puts a scent on everything around it. The scent is MUCH too strong (and really, unnecessary). Also, the perfumes can irritate sensitive skin. For now, I am sticking with other, unscented, brands so I can carry spares with me, if needed. When an unscented Always Discreet comes out, I will happily switch to it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love always and I do get that the whole idea of this line is for it to be discreet but I personally don't think the "discreetness" is worth it. It's a moderate sized pad so it already looks somewhat bulky but it also slides around a little too much.

It’s super embarrassing to need bladder pads at my age, but these are amazing. I love that they look like any ordinary pad, not necessarily something for bladder. They’re definitely absorbant and work better than expected. So happy with this product and I will definitely buy again. I love that I can always trust the Always brand.

Each pad comes wrapped individually with minimal packaging. The pad has several layers and the top layer dries quickly and feels dry and clean. Each leg opening has an elastic piece that keeps leaks in. Comes in several different choices to provide the best protection for your particular leak such as drips, surges, etc. I will continue to use this brand and recommend them.
