[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Always is one of my favorite brands and these are no different. They stay in place well. I feel assured that I won't have any issues when I need to wear these. The length works well to prevent any leaks front or back.

I am currently using Sizes 4 & 5. I wish they were a little thinner, but, compared to other brands, these are better. While they are really good, I have noticed that I'm starting to get where all of a sudden, I have to go, and while I'm running to the bathroom, I might not be able to hold my urine and by the time I get to the bathroom, the pad is wet. There has been more than once that I've had to change my underwear because the urine went over the sides of the pad onto my underwear! Thought it was supposed to absorb and not leak? Hence, my four star rating. While I will continue to use the product, its not perfect. Thank goodness I'm home when I have my little accidents, otherwise, it would be embarrassing. I keep a spare pair of undies in my purse along with pads for just such an emergency when I go out, because I never know.

I use to love these over Poise. But I think I might have to go back to Poise. Let me tell you why. You made this particular product about a half an inch or so longer. I have no idea why. If I wanted a "Long" I would purchase one. This is supposed to be a regular length. I am so sad. I bought 3 packs of these online. I usually buy the 66 ct. I noticed the longer length and thought it just must be the smaller packages that had the changed product in them. I proceeded to purchase a pack of 66. They were the same! Now since I opened them I can't return them so I am stuck. I will use them because I bought them and I have to, but I liked them before the change you made. I think they are just a tad thinner too. :(

However, one thing I would change for myself is for them not to be scented. I’m very sensitive down there and my balance is easily thrown off. Over all great product.
