I have not been sick once despite a plethora of unhealthy individuals in the office on the regular. Since l've been taking them, upper respiratory annoyances - sneezing, coughing, feeling congested - are minimal at best. I take two a day - first thing in the AM and sometime in the evening after dinner. They're quite tasty - fruity flavored with chewy texture - so it's no hardship at all to include in one's daily routine.
