It tastes great and there's either a placebo or real effect knowing that I am ingesting vitamins to help boost my immune system for the cold winter coming. Definitely recommend trying. It is on the expensive side.

These are made with 3,200 mg of Elderberries per serving. Recommended that adults and children 4 and older chew 2 gummies a day. These gummies taste great and dissolve/chew easily. Also contains Vitamin C, Vitamin D and Zinc. Great antioxidant for immune support. These are Gluten free. Overall these taste great and definitely recommend.

In general, I would say I don't get sick very often even when exposed to others who are. This past week (while taking these gummies) I have been around someone with a cold a few times and have not gotten sick... Is it for sure because of the gummies? I can't be certain, but I certainly think they could have helped with their immune boosting ingredients like elderberry, vitamin c, zinc and vitamin d. I don't really like that there are 3 grams of added sugar per serving (2 gummies); I would rather take a pill/capsule with no added sugar.
