It was easy to chew as a gummy and does not feel like your are taking a medication. The way it is shaped like a berry is also a very cute idea. I had no side effects after taking it and overall felt great. I would recommend this product to all.

Second, it's that time of year and my family has been no exception where everyone's sick. I have found that these help us not get as sick and help our sicknesses not last nearly as long. My son and I both have below average functioning immune systems and he's in kindergarten so nothing can keep us from getting sick but these significantly help us lessen everything. 12/10 will buy again and recommend to everyone!
