They taste great, they're not tacky or sticky chewy,so they don't get stuck on your teeth at all. They have 3,200mg of elderberry per serving, which is a good amount. They're low in sugar, they have vitamin C and D also zinc in them. I take them regularly to keep my immune system up. I really like these gummies I'll be getting more soon, I gotta get prepared for flu season.

I really think it’s perfect for this upcoming cold and flu season. Build their immunity with this product to hopefully stay healthy all winter! My kids didn’t really like the flavor as it was “kinda yucky and sour at the end” but not bad enough to keep them from taking them. I’m not sure I can purchase again due to budget constraints but if you can afford it, I think it’s a perfect product to give your kids to keep their immunity strong & keep them healthy especially through this cold & flu season. At first I was a little bit skeptical about this product, but I am truly amazed that it actually really does work. A person in my home had a cold, and I’ve been right near them-as well as me having a compromised immune system already, I still didn’t catch it for days.
